Upload Your Own Model – Must meet minimum Dream Book 3D specifications.
- $299 – As-is: View & Render-only.
- $499 – As-is: Designable. Change Materials, Save Designs, View, Render.
Upgrades and Additional Services
- $200 – Upgrade from View & Render-only to Designable.
- $99 – Upload an update to a model that’s already in the system. We may allow a limited number of updates at no charge.
- $799 – Dream Book to update customer-provided model’s interior space, add furniture, appliances, decor, etc. provided that the model is accurate to the floor plan and meets Dream Book 3D specifications.
- $1,999 – $2,499 – Dream Book to create a model from your PDF and or DWG. Subject to review and custom quote.
Dream Book reserves the right to review and reject any plans. Custom materials, furniture, cabinetry, and other detailed elements are also available at additional cost, subject to availability.
